Clean top-class hotel, responsive staff and peaceful location in a besutiful area in the heart of NYC. Rooftop bar, a nice size room with ice and a nice view, for instance. Location right by taxi, limo or Uber, New York's Upper East Side, and Central Park and anything else exotic.

A classy hotel. In particular, staff helpful, welcoming and down to earth from top to bottom; no 'attitude' whatsoever. Also, the hotel itself immaculate.

Nice price for a 5 star hotel.
Location is far away from midtown-downtown but close to museums (met, Frick, Guggenheim) and Central Part. Lack of "life" in the neighbourhood (only apartment buildings and boutiques) .

The room was very spacious for New York and beautifully appointed - luxurious without being "over the top". The staff was very gracious and accomodating to requests. Rooms were clearned early in the day which was great so that you did not come back from breakfast and still have a dirty room. Perfect location. Spa was nice and relaxing treatment - would have like to have a steam room/sauna option.
Drinks in the bar are a bit pricey, but to be expected in a top hotel.

Good breakfast and food, attentive staff, perfect location. Michelin star, European tipping. Close to galleries, restaurants, shops. Polite front desk staff, fantastic high floor room. Beautiful rooftop bar, fun lobby bar. Excellent location, right by Central Park. Never choose another hotel. Excellent and secluded rooftop bar. Accommodating and no extra cost for extra room.

the service was unmatched in the rooms felt like your own private spa. I came. Ask from a run in central park on a cold morning and was greeted at my return with cheers, a towel and water. It was only a 2 mile run and I felt like the new york marathon winner
Not a thing. It is amazing. Beats the ritz any day.
